About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we (have it) stored, which security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
Webshop software
Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Vossen Laboratories has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Vossen Laboratories is obligated under the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. Vossen Laboratories uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Email and mailing lists
Our website uses a third party to handle email traffic from our website and the sending of newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via these servers. This party will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will find the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click this, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This may significantly reduce the functionality of our website. Your personal data is securely stored by this party. This party uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. This party reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share information with third parties.
Payment processors
Mollie
To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than legally permitted.
Shipping and logistics
Transmission
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your package to you. We use the services of Transmission to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address, and place of residence with Transmission. Transmission uses this data solely for the execution of the agreement. If Transmission engages subcontractors, it will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
We share your name, address, place of residence, and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose
We use your data solely for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality.
Automatically collected data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations

Retention periods
We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request for deletion. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents created as a result of your assignment.
